mpeg player on Sansa c200 v2

I can't figure out how to play .mpg's on this device.. Does the c200 v2 firmware have this capability?? there seems to be some information on it.

Sorry, that's sort of a vague answer and I already read the wiki.. In specific I can't find the plugin anywhere in the menu and selecting an .mpg doesn't work either.

From the long which you have read:


 NOTE: Viewer plugins like MPEGplayer do not appear in the Browse Plugins menu - they are launched by selecting a file to be viewed in the normal file browser.

Terribly sorry for not seeing this sooner - no matter what you do, it isn't going to work.

I don't blame anyone else for not picking up on this, but your device doesn't seem to support mpegplayer (the reason it is missing from the manual for your device). In the likely event that this isn't an oversight, nothing you attempt to do is going to play an mpeg file on this device, I am sorry.

Using PMs to annoy devs about bugs/patches is not a good way to have the issue looked at.

Thats surprising.  I didn't realize it needed so much RAM that the c200v2 was out.
