Trouble Getting Another File to Play in Same Directory

Hello,

My Sansa Clip+ recently broke; therefore, I bought a new one and installed Rockbox.  However, I am now having a problem playing more than one file within the same directory.  I have about 10 files in one directory.  After I installed Rockbox (on the new player), I then played one file within the directory.  However, when I try to select another file within the same directiry, it will start playing the original file I played (not the new one I selected).  It will start playing from where the first file was bookmarked.  No matter what file I select within the directory, it will start playing the orignal file I played.  This did not happen with my previous Sansa Clip+, which probably also had an older version of the Rockbox.

I am not sure if this has something to do with a dynmaic playlist.  Thanks in advance for your help.

Sounds like your settings are messed up. Can you post the contents of .rockbox/config.cfg?

This could be related to "autoload bookmarks", see  http://download.rockbox.org/daily/manual/rockbox-sansaclipplus/rockbox-buildch8.html#x11-1480008.7 (look for "Load Last Bookmark")

I'm not sure though, the other thing that could be related is "autoresume enable" (which is described at http://download.rockbox.org/daily/manual/rockbox-sansaclipplus/rockbox-buildch8.html#x11-1490008.8).

Thanks gevaerts.  It was the setting in "Load Last Bookmark".  I changed it to "No" and that solved my issue.
