So basically hears what happened I have a Fuze v2 which has had a line-out modded rockbox build (rockbox-sansa_fuze_v2-540e5d1-lineout) that i kept even though i was no longer using line out. all was fine till yesterday when i decided i need more space so i got a Sandisk 64GB micro sdxc and formatted it as fat32 then put my music on it and all was good for a couple minutes i was testing it out playing music and stuff then i held the power button to shut it down normally and then tried turning it back on to make sure all was good, it did NOT turn back on. so i read about the wait three days ect and was like i don't want to wait that long if its dead to buy a clip zip or other player to continue my entertainment on the go. so i opened it up and un-soldered the battery from the thing and gave it id say half an hour to die, then re-soldered it back on and put it back together and nothing. before all of this i had help up on the power for like 5 minutes then tried again and got nothing, i can't start it in OF either with the card in or out. so ill wait the three days and see if it can be charged up, my question is did i leave it off the battery long enough for the capacitors to die you think? tried everything except shorting the pics for recovery mode want to wait the three days for that first.
Thanks for you time everybody.

EDIT: if this works again i will upgrade to newest rockbox for sure since i think this bug is fixed in newer builds and i just have a old build.
