problems on my iPod Classic 7G 160G after Rockbox Installation

I installed rockbox few days ago exactly described in the description manual. Everything worked well. first 2 days i used it as usual & it was fantastic. 2 days passed without any issue. then yesterday night, I connected my iPod to PC. Then I tried to change the name(drive label) of my iPod. This is when the problem started. Then with several removable drive connect-disconnect sounds my 160G drive disappeared from my computer & 'Safe removal panel' from system tray.

But in device manager, under Disk Drive I'm seeing my Apple iPod. then I removed the cable & connected it again. For first 4 to 6 times the iPod drive showed the drive & just after 5-6 seconds the drive disappeared. And every time the drive showed there was a error message saying
'There is a problem with this device. Scan the drive & fix it now'


From then on it's taking about 40+ seconds to show my ipod drive when I connect it to pc. I remember it took about 10-15 seconds before. Somehow the issue with the disconnect after 10 seconds stopped & I changed the drive name.

But still the "There is a problem with this device. Scan the drive & fix it now" shows. And another big issue is that my battery is never charged over 90%. 2 days ago it was perfectly okay & charged till 100%. Now when I connect it (at bettery level of 89-90%), instantly after 1 or 2 minutes the battery level is 93-94%, then it slowly reduces to 90%.
