Part of the Theme is flickering, when using clickwheel

Hello People outthere,

hope someone can give a helping Hand. Ive trying to make my own theme, but since a few hours
iam stucked in the middle of nowhere.

I want to have battery and clock, and i did with an .sbs file, everything will be shown and works.
....but when i use the clickwheel or chancing the menu, then battery and clock are flickering.

Heres my code. Maybe someone can help, or give a hint.

Iam not sure but i think it has something to do with a defined viewport ??!?!?!

I tried a lot but don´t have a clue why there is the flickering in the battery and the clock.

Maybe there is a parameter for refresh or I used the wrong layer!!!

Please be so kind and help.

After lot more tries. I think is a problem with overlaying of viewports.

Can someone confirm ? ...and will it be possible to use:
