3 .scrobbler.log files (using last.fm)

I have a Sansa FuzeV2 and when I connect my mp3 player to my PC and go to the root folder I see these files:
.scrobbler.log.1
.scrobbler.log.2
.scrobbler.log.3

Is it normal I have 3 of these? What does this mean?

(I am using last.fm to scrobble my songs)

I've only ever seen the system-generated log file named ".scrobbler.log" -- it may be that your scrobbling software renames the file after it's written to the last.fm servers?  what are the datestamps on the different files?  what do the tracklistings in each log file say?  if they don't overlap at all, i'd guess my answer may be correct.
