FM RADIO THEME HELP

Hello guys! I am in need of some help here. does anyone know why this line "%V(4,125,100,-,2)%Vf(f07746)"

causes this fms theme to fail.( goes to fallback radio)

here is full theme

I am new to this btw. It confuses me XD

I made the life theme.
