Clip Zip and Importing Playlist via doubletwist

When I originally loaded music, I used doubletwist to sync a 'work out' playlist (that i originally created on itunes) to my zip clip with rockbox. This added all the songs with the file folder structure in-tact in the /MUSIC folder.

Now, I can't remember exactly how i imported the m3u playlist file, but I believe I just exported the original itunes playlist and added this to the /PLAYLIST folder as well as the /MUSIC folder (unnecessary?). When i played the playlist from either the catalogue or by clicking files>playlists it worked, no problem.

However, I updated the playlist in itunes, synced this update to my clip zip with double twist and updated the playlist file on my clip zip. However, now when I click on playlist catalogue, it shows the song names, but they won't play. Clicking files>playlists shows the 1st song on the playlist (but lists it as 3 of 144 for some reason) then flashes back to just showing the playlist name. I know the songs are on the actual clip zip in the /MUSIC folder, because I can play them individually...

Any ideas how to get the playlist to work?http://
