Clip Zip - Trouble with MicroSD - 1. ExFat or FAT32? 2. Can't see card's songs.
Serenity:
Two points to remember: First, not all 64GB micro SDxc cards will take a FAT32 format. Apparently there are two variations of these cards on the market, and I've had to deal with one that didn't work. Second, the easiest way to format (if you're running Windows) is this freeware: http://www.ridgecrop.demon.co.uk/index.htm?fat32format.htm
Good luck!

I'm sorry, but that's nonsense. The card has no knowledge of the filesystem. You could even use the card without a filesystem (though that would be really inconvenient). If you had a card that didn't format as FAT32 you had other problems with the card (maybe a faked SDXC card?)
