Rockdoom Crashed Sansa Fuze V2
jdograpon:
So I woke up today and nothing has changed, I don't care if its dead that much, but I would like to fix it, so I'll still keep you posted
Thanks.
jdograpon:
Nothing new to report, samething, it should be close to dying
Thanks.

An easy way to check if the battery still has power is by plugging in some sensitive IEMs and listening for a "pop". Amplified speakers may also do in a pinch.
Depending on how confident you're feeling, you could always disassemble it and de-solder one of the battery leads.
I wouldn't advise this (at all) if you have no experience with similar tasks, though. The Fuze V1-2 aren't in any way, shape, or form, easy to reassemble without a steady hand, patience, and the correct tools (spudger, 00 phillips precision driver, and insulated long nose tweezers). There's disassembly guides available on teh infowebz if you're feeling up to the task.

Well I forgot to say, it works now, it started working about a week ago, but thanks!

Hi jdograpon,
I didn't see anyone mention it, but the reason RockDoom crashes on Fuzes v1 or v2 is that they don't have enough RAM. So odds are you will never get past the first level, because level 2 requires too much memory.
Cheers,
Christian
