Duplicate Song Tags

Hello,

On v3.12 iHP-120, I have one album (so far) that has duplicate song tags in the database which results each song playing twice for that album (if I list A-Z for album then I see the double listing of songs).   I have tried 'Initialize Now' but that does not fix it.  Please advise how to fix this on device in case other albums are affected.

I should mention I think the album in question was originally dropped on device without the Artist folder and is now in proper Artist folder.
