Sansa Clip+ does not turn on

Sometimes does not turn on. Reset helps. Rockbox 3.13 and f5b7134M-130410.

Have been using Clip, and then Clip+ for many years, and for many hours each day.  Recently I had a couple of Clip+ that went south and purchased a few open-box ones from Amazon.  Both seem to not be able to turn on at certain periods.  Holding down the power button for 30 seconds sometimes fixed it, but sometimes I have to do the sequence a couple of times.  Thought there could be something with with old firmware that I was using with Rockbox so I downloaded the latest 18 version and same problem.  Would like to nail down whether this is:

#1 - Some sort of rockbox problem
#2 - Some sort of Sansa Clip+ problem

Odd that I bought two from Amazon and both have the same problems.  Thinking about now just buying a couple of Clip Zips.
