An option that uses comment tag (%iC) to run Sound.cfg.

If RB finds  a (filename).cfg in the comment tag, it runs the .cfg.

If RB finds two  (filename).cfg in the comment tag it runs the first .cfg at beginning of the track and 2nd at the end of the track.

The 2nd .cfg can is use to set RB to a default_sound.cfg
