HE-AAC plays back at wrong speed

Some HE-AAC files play back at half speed.

The same file plays normally on PC players such as MPlayer, and on device such as Nokia feature phone.

Confirmed.  Can you post a bug report on the bug tracker (left side of your screen) with the information posted here?

Presumably there is some problem detecting the SBR bits that reconstruct the higher sampling rate.
