Help with Creative ZEN X-Fi3

I had well-read the tutorial for the ZEN X-Fi3, but I have a few questions... Im a bit lost =S

1- ¿Can the Rockbox Utility be used to install the Rockbox custom firmware?
2- I have the factory OF version, 1.00.15e, and the OF version used in the tutorial is the 1.00.22e. ¿Is there any problem, or should I update first through the official updater?
3- ¿What about the bluetooth in the Rockbox firmware?
4- If something goes wrong, I know that there's a recovery mode, but I don't know how it works >.<

I appreciate that tutorial, but I don't understand it very well...

That's the tutorial I have read, but I can't understand it 100%

Another question I have is that if you can boot in Rockbox when you want and (for example) if I want to use bluetooth, boot into the OF

Now in 2016 does Rockbox still not support bluetooth (either on this player or any other player)?
