rockbox freezing ipod nano2g

Hello, not sure where i should post this or if i should post in the bug tracker, (cant see anyone else with this problem).....
after a reset with itunes , and a fresh install of rockbox, (3.10 or devel version) , the ipod will freeze after a few seconds of playing music (roughly 15s).....i have to do a manual reset....is this known about? is there anything i can do (like install an older version of rockbox?).......

i also just had " Undefined instruction at 0000 pc:0000E208 sp:00004908 bt end"
