sansa e260r usb stereo not working
RWB44:
How would I find that out?
RWB44:
So according to Sandisk:
e200R - PlayforSure is MTP and Rhapsody is MSC
So this would work using MSC as I've never changed the device to PlayforSure. Is the Rockbox software using MTP then? Is there a way to make it use MSC?

I think MTP is the default, so you wouldn't have to change it. Probably worth checking which modes actually work in your stereo.

No, rockbox doesn't support MTP, only MSC.

Ok, I've verified that my e260r is in Rhapsody mode (MSC) and works with my stereo when using the stock Sansa e260r software. So what would cause this not to work when using the Rockbox software? The reason I need/want to use the Rockbox software with my stereo is that I added a 16gb microSD card to the e260r and the stock sansa software won't recognize it, yet the Rockbox does and works great with everything but the car stereo.

Sounds like you're out of luck.
