sansa e260r usb stereo not working

How does that make any sense? MSC works on sansa but not on rockbox?!?!?!?

That is what you said above, yes.

I could be wrong but MSC is a standard format, it's not like the different variants of bluetooth. So again how is this possible???

There are two things to try that might make a difference:

* disable HID. The MSC/HID combination is not very common, and I wouldn't be surprised at all if it trips up some systems
* enable the "USB Hide Internal Drive" setting. I doubt this will help if the OF works, but car audio systems have been known not to like USB devices with more than one disk.

Ok, I will try those 2 things here shortly. Are both the "disable HID" & "USB hide internal  drive" settings within the Rockbox system settings?
