iRiver h10 doesn't display wma files in data base

I recently installed rock box on a H10 20gb.  Dragging and dropping mp3 files works fine, the new songs are displayed in the database after updating it.  The problem is when I drag and drop wma files,  the songs won't display in the database, even after updating.  The wma files are visible in files.  selecting a wma file whilst in files causes the now playing screen to pop up, then it disappears, and the file doesn't play.  Any help would be greatly appreciated :-\

Probably some unsupported or encrypted WMA format.

The wma files I was trying to add were WMA9, 192kps, 48khz files.  They were converted Rhapsody wma files.  I also tried converting the Rhapsody files to WMA8 160kps 44khz.  No luck.  I also tried updating the database using the scan directories function.  This caused rockbox to display:

Database is not Ready
Initialize Now

SELECT = Yes
Any Other = No

Pressing select caused the following message to appear

Building database... 10 found
        (Prev to return)

pressing prev causes a return to rockbox main menu.  selecting database causes the Building database message to appear (yes I waited at least 5 minutes before trying to access the database.  That should be plenty of time to add 10 songs to the db.  :(

I think Rhapsody files are encrypted, so you probably can't convert them to unencrypted WMA.

my subscription to Rhapsody allows me to download the files and play them offline.  I use aimersoft music converter to make the files drmless.  the resultant wma's play fine using a variety of media players WMP, Aimp3, etc.  They also play fine on my rockboxed sansa e280. ::)
