latest ipod classic, issues with dfu mode driver (incorrect parameter)

Hey forum, I really would like to try the custom firmware rockbox, I tried this guide from http://www.head-fi.org/t/532426/ipod-classic-rockbox-its-happening..... and long stories short the driver for the bootstrap_ipod.exe is not working, and this is because the usbdriver will not install it is giving me an "incorrect parameter" message when i look at the driver. I tried installing itunes and thats not working either, the driver that way just says "driver not installed correctly"

I read 64 bit windows 7 is challenging to install rockbox but I'd really appreciate if someone can take the time to explain to me how to proceed im a bit confused lol

also btw let me say thank u to all who help develop this firmware im looking forward to being able to use more than just mp3 on the ipod and drag and drop is great, many thanks!
