suggestion: add beeps to start/pause/stop recording commands

Hi devs,
Currently there is no way blind person to determine the current status of a recording process.
It is very annoying when person thinks that he/she is recording something, but the recording is not started, or that same person is thinking that the recording is stopped or paused, but it continues.
So I think it will be very useful to have small beeps when recording is started, stopped or paused.
This beeps have to be differentiated some way, either by length or pitch, or both.

I think this is the simplest solution to that problem.

Similar functionality is already implemented for track change. That makes me think, that that code could be reused after some modifications.
Unfortunately, my programming skills are very poor and I'm not familiar with Rockbox's source code at all.
So I'll be glad if someone with required skills and time could implement it for all visually impaired community of this great firmware.
