Sansa E200 context menu properties information

When playing music if i push the select button(round one in the center). The player puts me in the file's playing folder. When i hold down the select button i get the context menu. Selecting "properties" gets me information about the file. How can i change that information listed or is it possible? Would like more details about the file such as bitrate, codec, and such. Know i can use a theme that displays this information but i desire to change it in the context menu if possible. Looked through manual and did a search before asking.

You can't. Unless you get the Rockbox source code and implement it. The properties dialog is implemented as plugin, so extending it isn't something people are likely to object.

I'm not sure how that plugin works but you can probably have it call the codeclibs metadata parsers to get codec info.
