Dead HDD ? *panic* ATA : error 80000000000 while reading bbt

Hi,
Today was nearly a happy day .. i receive the package to change my faceplate of my ipod classic, and in the end i got this :
loading rockbox.ipod failed
and then .. : *panic* ATA : error 80000000000 while reading bbt (sector 0, count1)
The HDD bip when i move it, so i think he is already alive
If you have any idea you'll make my day .. (Before i start to kill it, he was perfectly working :'()
