where to get sansa clip zip original files from?

does anyone know where i can get hold of a copy of the original files that come on the sansa clip zip (4gb).

i didn't back mine up before i started playing with it & would like to be able to put it back as original if i wanted.

Does it even come with files aside from the autogenerated ones every time you boot?
