add support of NTFS partitions

Could you please add support of NTFS partitions?

I've Micro SDHC 32Go & 64Go I would like to be able sometimes to copy huge files >4Go (mostly movies) on those cards.

We don't take feature requests, so please don't bother making.

FWIW, adding support for other file systems has been on NODO list for a decade or so now, although we might take exFAT someday.
