Sansa Clip Zip - problem during instalationRB

Hi,

It's my first day with Clip Zip and I tryed install RockBox.
I installed RB Utility, downloaded clpza.bin...
On begining everything was going smothly but after few seconds there was message
that there is some problem with saving bootloader (I saved log).

Status is that i can't  switch on device - there is only logo (it blinked twice).
I tryed restart device (pressed power button above 60 sec a few times) with out effect.
My PC doesn't recognize device...

What can I do?

PS. In log I found in first line from top (it was in Polish):
Downloading bootloader file
Downloading finished.
Patch firmware...
Can't save frimware file

PS 2.
On the screen logo was shining all night and consumed all power.
It was dead and I connected it via usb PC. It started charging, logo blinked twice and have shined again.
PC doesn't recognize  device :(

Any ideas?  Is there  any chance to repair is somehow?
Have I any chance with warranty ?

Shop where I bought it have replaced device for a new one :)

Now I'm confused a little... I want the RockBox but I am scared if somethig went wrong again...

you player died before flashing rockbox this is probably not a rockbox issue.
