adding and removing music - ipod mini second generation

Hi,
      I finally got fed up with itunes and installed Rockbox.
Looks pretty good, but I would like to purge my old itunes music, and add music to rockbox,
hopefully using my PC. Can this be done

        Where will I find the iTunes music, and can I simply delete it?
What directories, do I add my music to, in Rockbox?

LambdaCalculus:
There's a hidden folder called "iPod_Control" on the root of your iPod's hard drive, which contains the music put on it by iTunes.
You may have to enable hidden file view in your OS to find it.

Rockbox doesn't care where you add music, just so long as you yourself can find it. :)
