Are these possible for the Fuze+?

No album art default image is already implemented in themes, so no code changes are needed, here is a theme that uses it:-

Oh wow, I honestly didn't know that was already built in the firmware.
Is it possible to use it globally? Or do I have to use or make a theme that implements it?

Themes decide what to show, so its not really possible to talk about having a global behavior. It would break themes.

Haha, I thought of the same thing and created a topic in General Use back in January.
So, yeah, definitely +1. I think this would be the only sensible solution for touchpad devices. Touchpads are much easier to trigger by accident than buttons.

I created an account just to request this idea. Since the fuze+ is totally touch-based, and buttons can be "pressed" -- by accident -- far too easily, I think this should be priority.
Having used a fuze+ for about two weeks now, I feel like the touchpad feature is more-or-less a design flaw. It makes me miss my clip+
