sansa fuze, please help

i have a SanDisk Sansa Fuze. i plugged it into a usb port to charge it, but it deleted all files on the system. its just an empty drive now, and when i start it, it says "file not found." im not sure what to do in this situation. rockbox installer doesnt recognize it. does anyone have a copy of these files or something?

Boot into the sandisk firmware and reinstall Rockbox. You may want to check the file system for errors as well.
