Sansa Fuze+ Changed From 16gb to 4gb

I Love Rockbox, Way Better Than The Sansa Fuze+ Firmware (That Couldn't Go Through 2 Songs Without Crashing). 

However, I haven't thought/noticed til now, mostly cause I put all my music on a 32 gigs Mini SD Card, But My 16 Gig Fuze+ Now Only Has 4 Gigs on The Internal Storage Ever Since Rockbox Was Put In. 

Does It Have To Reduce To 4 gigs For The Format or Something Else?
Is There A Way To Get It Back To 16 Gigs While Still Using Rockbox?

Rockbox should have no effect on the capacity - I'm not sure what you have done.  Where are you getting the 4 GB figure from?

It Says 4 Gigs In System Info, My Computer, Everywhere You Could Check.
I Even Tried Formatting It To Change It's Size But It's Still 4 Gigs

I have Fuze+ 16GB and rockboxed. No problem there is still 16GB. So, your issue should not be caused by RB.

I Just Changed The Firmware Back To The Sansa Firmware And It Went Back To 16 Gigs. Then I Put Rockbox Back On, It's At 4 gigs Again.

You need to tell us exactly what you are doing, step by step, as this doesn't happen for anyone else.
