Hello!
I use the Sansa Clip+ mainly for listening to audiobooks. My method is that all mp3 files that constitute the audiobook, I merge into one large mp3 file. Thanks to this I can see what is the duration of the audiobook, I can see (on the progress bar), how much already I have listened to, and how much time is left until the end of the file. I can also easily navigate through the audiobook (go back to listen once again some portion of the file).
On this occasion, I would like to express my admiration for Rockbox that it is able to handle such a large and long MP3 files (eg the size - 1.5 GB, length - 65 hours).
I wanted it was shown on the WPS screen, how many percent of the file already I listened to. I used to do this %px tag. Unfortunately, this tag does not behave properly with large files. When playback reaches the time 11:55:50, then the %px resets (starting to show 0). I would be grateful if in the next version of Rockbox the %px tag will be corrected.
Greetings!
Pawel Trela
PS. Sorry for my poor English
