Clip+ freezes on flac files.

Hello, I'm new on this forum and i need help.
My brother bought recently Clip+ (OF .18), it worked few weeks so then he installed RB 3.12. Worked about week, then it started to freeze on flac tracks (he uses only flac). always at 3rd or 4th song. So he uninstalled RB and installed OF v .18 and again flac files freezes the clip.
So i decided to check .18 on my own clip+ ( on which i had OF .15 and RB 3.12 for the last 2 months with no problems). It started to freeze on flac. So i switched to .15 again, and fresh install of RB 3.12...
Rockbox freezed within first 10-15 minutes. It never happened to me before. I had RB for 2 years and never had any problems. It was just updated to new version. Now with fresh RB install it freezes.
Screen is lit up, song names and artist is scrolling like always, but playback is freezed. Don't react on any button, only reset works. I tried to install it again few times but didn't help, still freezes from time to time.
