Rockbox will not resume playback in Car Adaptor Mode?

i have Rockbox installed on a GoGear HDD6330/17 I use it primarily in my car so this is a frustrating issue. Here is what happens: When i power off my car the player pauses i have it set to shut itself off after 2 minutes. Problem i have more often than not is that when i start the car again the GoGear boots to the Now Playing screen and says its playing but id doesn't it only sits there no matter if i change tracks there is no play and only 1 of 2 things fixes it Initialize the Database sever times or use the Rockbox Utility and reinstall Rockbox over the top of itself. Any ideas?

PS this was not a issue on the 1830/17B rockbox worked wonderful on it.
