I would do it... please don't threaten to throw me off the board again, when i'm only trying to be nice. There's no problem porting this theme, because it's under the cc-by-sa license, right?
EDIT: OK, Thanks for the clarification. i guess i'll fix this one and create a port of my blackglass for gigabeat, so everyone can use his/her own background image in the wps.

It is ALWAYS ok to modify one for your own use.
It is ALWATS ok to discuss what needs changed. (though what instructions can be said which haven't already been said 100 times in this board are beyond me)
Is it cool to distribute your modifications?
If it is permissively licensed, than it is.
If it isn't, then it isn't.
;)
(If it is ambiguous then it isn't.)

Hey senab, great theme man. I've been using it for about a week. I'm not much of a "grass" guy so I wanted to replace the background while keeping the placeholders for the album art and id3 info in the middle. I was wondering if you could upload the psd for the background so we can futz around with it? Thanks in advance.
