Tie "Resume Playback" to Most Recent Bookmark

Resume playback does exactly what it says it will do but it doesn't remember pitch and speed settings.  If a person has "bookmark on stop" turned on then I think it would be a good idea to just tie the "resume playback" option in the menu to the most recent bookmark found on the player.

if you've got bookmarks enabled then there should be a main menu item for bookmarks,

There is.  I just don't see the point in having two menu options when they both accomplish pretty much the same thing.
