Sansa Clip + freezes while loading a playlist

I copied some songs in the music directory put the playlist in the playlist directory
then keep it secure from USB.

then I wanted to hear the songs by play a playlist - the 'loading' pop up is in the window since that time.

Howto stop the Procedure?? or reset??

pls help


sorry - I hold the power button about 30 sec. then the player went down - after restart it works properly.
