M4a Embedded Album Art not showing up in W.Explorer

For some reason the embedded album art is not showing up for me in windows explorer.  Mp3 files show fine but M4A does not on thumbnail view.  Anyone else encounter this problem? or have a fix ?

Windows Explorer not working as expected has nothing to do with Rockbox and is off topic here. Better ask in a Windows specific forum.
