sansaclip + 4 gig install problems

Hi

i bought today my first sansa clip plus 4 giga and the installation of rockbox does not succeed.
I have the folowwing message:
mountpoint does not exist.
I upgrade the sandisk software using the sandisk upadater, but that did not help any further.

after undocking en redocking the player the installation worked out.
But, the player still boots up in the original sotware, not with the rockbox format.
Any help is welcome

the installation finaly succeeded
after reading about similar problem in this forum and deconnecting the clip and choosing 'G' instead of 'H'
