Sansa Fuze 2 - "undefined instruction at 34EA001C"

(1/1)

o1977jp:
I've been using Rockbox on my Sansa Fuze 2 for several months now with no issues.  Suddenly this morning when I turned on the player, I got the following error message after seeing the Rockbox logo screen:  "undefined instruction at 34EA001C".  No matter what I do I cannot get past this screen; I am forced to shut down the player.  I haven't made any changes to the player or firmware at all, other than adding new songs once in a while.  The error message is on a white screen.  I'm not sure which version of Rockbox I'm using; I probably installed it around March 2012.  Does anyone know what the problem might be, and how I can fix it?  Thanks in advance.

[Saint]:
Boot to the OF, mount the device, and install a clean copy of Rockbox.

Report back if this fails.

Thanks [Saint], everything seems to be back to normal.  To be specific, I had to uninstall Rockbox, and then reinstall for it to work (when I tried to do a simple upgrade to the new version it didn't work).  The only thing that's different that I cannot figure out is in the Context Menu.  I used to see commands for Cut, Copy, & Paste, but now those commands are not available since the reinstall.  Any idea on how to get these commands to show up?  Thanks alot for your help.
