Fuze+ and mpegplayer: recommended encoder settings?

I was wandering if anybody has worked out the optimal encoder settings (audio & video bitrates, FPS, etc.) for the Fuze+. I already have an MPEG-capable encoder ready, and Rockbox installed on my Fuze+, I just have yet to stick any videos on the player.
