Because I don't have any interest in it. You seem to be about the only one interested in it, so why don't you do it?

i have seen quite a few topics on it i dunno code i barely know html i update to every dev release hoping itll fix the bugs i have

Looking at the phillips branch in /firmware, it looks like its been over a year since any major changes were made to the 6330 code. So unless your problems aren't specific to your player, there is not likely to be any difference. So I guess either make do with it, fix it yourself, or get a player thats better supported.
