MAXIMUM DIRECTORIES & FILES (ipod classic 5.5g 80GB)
« on: December 27, 2012, 02:32:48 AM »
Hi, My music folder has about 49 directories, which in total has about 7000 files.
but the when i built the data base, only the first 6 directories are getting selected and only 950 files are in the data base.
what is to be done to select all the directories and 7000 files in data base.
i used ipod 5.5G 80GB device.

regards,
balaji

Probably the database parser is crashing on some corrupt files.  Under system you can enable a log file that will be written when building the database. The last file in the log is probably the problem.

If you find a file that crashes the parser please upload it to our bug tracker.
