iAudio m5l won't flash. Please help...

Hi,
I just founded my dad's old iAudio m5l and I wanted to load Rockbox, but always after the installation, I should unplug the USB, turn the player off and plug it in to the charger. The problem is,that after I unplug the usb cable, the player will automaticly turn off and when I plug the charger in, it says connecting, like it would be connected to the PC. After I turn the player on, there is still the original iAudio firmware.

Can anyone help me please?  :)
