Standarizing Volume And Headphone Questions.

Hello Rockbox Users!
A Sansa Clip Zip User here!
I have over 4500+ Songs, in 192-196 kbps mp3 format, all of them Maximized with Mp3 Gain with a range of 72Min-98Max
Is there a function in Rockbox to Standardize the volume of all tracks so that the High gain ones wont get too much volume compared to the low Gain ones?
On Another Matter, I'm about to buy a new Headphone/IEM
Which one of this would you recommend me?
-SENNHIESER CX-280
-SENNHEISER CX-300 II
-SENNHEISER HD-25
-SENNHEISER HD-280
Thanks in advance ;D

Replaygain does this. What exactly did you do with mp3 gain?

Totally off-topic I'm afraid. I am quite sure, however, that there are a plenty of audiophile forums out there that would be happy to inform you, in great detail, which IEMs in your list of candidates have the silliest adjectives to describe their sound though... 8)

FYI this will tend to make most music both quieter and give you a larger difference in volumes between tracks. Likely not what you wanted to do.
