My H340 dont see a hard disk :(

I haven't noticed if the battery performance is reduced, but my LCD will flicker and the spinup/spindown thing happens for sure. I just tried reflashing to the original 1.29K firmware and the problem still exists. This sounds like it must be hardware.

Probably it happened after I have tried to charge the player with a car adapter on 6 Volt. Though I have connected it only on few minutes. But probably it has sufficed :(

I didn't do any odd charging setups. All I did was upgrade to the newest experimental version of rockbox. After that, the issues started happening. I suppose there could have been a power surge while it was plugged in. In short, I didn't do anything similar.

Not at all. The above problem is hardware related, the OP is able to boot into the iriver fw. You have a much different problem.
