iRiver iHP-120 - Cannot Install Rockbox

My iRiver iHP-120 USA is running OEM firmware v 1.60.  I can no longer locate v 1.60 image so I cannot install Rockbox.  I also cannot not downgrade with the available firmware as it appears the iHP-120 will not downgrade by dropping image into root folder and selecting menu for firmware upgrade.  How can I get Rockbox on my iHP-120 ?  TIA

The highest fw for H120 is 1.65, I guess. Definitely it is higher, than 1.60, so you do not need downgrade, you may upgrade.

I had problems to download current firmware for H120 from iRiver site. I do not remember, if I took risk and downloaded it from somewhere or I took a copy I had downloaded long time ago. I have EU fw.
