US MARINE NEEDS ASSIST !!

Tried this rockbox, often locks up and causes problems.( new 8g clip zip)
TRIED to remove it and use the stock sansa software.
Cant remove old or re install new
even tried to erase entire ( format) F: clip
frustrated as hell..I just want my music back .

can some one PLEASE walk me through this ( for dummies)
Email or PM is fine.

I want it to work like a stock sansa again w/o rockbox.
I am no computer wiz, really need help here.
