Just wanted to mention that I've posted a new WPS called the IaudioPod in the WPS gallery.  To my knowledge, this is the first WPS that will display text in a fixed position if album art is present, or otherwise center the display.  This is what real Ipods do and I wanted to duplicate the technique. 

I'm not aware as to whether anyone else has been able to do this as I've never seen it done before.  I'd imagine probably so, but I really have no idea.

Pardon me if this sounds naive or stupid...
But what is "album art" ? where could i find some information about installing this ?
I understand that it is comes separate from the normal daily build.

Album art is a patch that will allow the display of the album cover of the songs you're listening to on your WPS, if you have an image of the cover in the same folder your music is located in.  To be displayed, the cover can either have the same file name as the song, have the same name as the album, or simply be called "cover.bmp".

MrMEC, congratulations for your WPS showing text in place of AArt if it is absent ! for sure i will copy you when designing my own WPS fpr iPod 5G ! 

a question : how do you display the "next:" info on the menu screen instead of the WPS screen (visible on the screenshots you did) !? i've read your .wps file, i don't understand...

It's not on the menu screen, though I can see why you thought that from the look of the screenshots.  The "next" info is actually on the bottom of the WPS, not at the top of the menu screen.
