Starting Point to Understanding Source
« on: October 24, 2012, 05:51:01 PM »
All,

I am trying to find where or if there is a master source code documentation, like doxygen or something else. I'm currently learning C and embedded systems and want to learn how a large, well-developed, community-based project is written and documented. Have you guys published any diagrams on the OS or tasks used?

I'm just trying to understand the general approach the Rockbox OS uses and wondering what documentation is available.

We don't have very much documentation about the code. What exists is mostly linked in the wiki, or is just regular comments in the code itself. We do not have anything like doxygen.

This is probably not a good project to learn how to document a project well :)
