ipod 2gen frozen

my ipod is frozen it shows panic stkov b95f pc********* sd**********a******
and then bt end



it wont turn off it stuck on that error screen
the buttons are not working
and when i try to plug it in the computer it wont show up in iTunes nor in the computer disk
plz help

Press and hold MENU+PLAY for a few seconds until the iPod resets.

ok i got it to respawn can u tell me how to git rid of rockbox and get it back to regular?
